Biggles Makes a Bet is the seventh short story in the sixth anthology of Biggles Air Police short stories entitled Biggles of the Interpol. The anthology was first published in 1957 by Brockhampton.
Marcel asks Biggles to take a closer look at Peter Keston, a young man who claimed to have no flying experience but who flew a little too well when he stole a plane, ostensibly for a joyride. In the process, Biggles makes and wins a bet with Keston.
