Equitorial Encounter is the sixth short story in the sixth anthology of Biggles Air Police short stories entitled Biggles of the Interpol. The anthology was first published in 1957 by Brockhampton.
Biggles is asked to investigate the sudden disappearance of shipments of industrial essential oils and gums which used to come from plantations in the interior of Sierra Leone, in equatorial West Africa.
