In The Man Who Lost His Foot, Flash Charlie was a pusher, known to Scotland Yard, who was part of a drug network operated by Arbram Nifar. He regularly collected his supply of drugs from Nifar's house in London. Flash Charlie was arrested as a result of a trap laid by Gaskin and Biggles when he called the house in Hill Street, Mayfair.
