- G-AOSL really did exist and was an Auster 5! Built in 1945, it was first registered in 1956 to Cartwright Hamilton Aviation of Kensington, London. In 1959, it was registered to Overseas Aviation Limited of St. Helier, Jersey. It was subsequently sold to overseas owners.
