Mr Bright

In Fishy Business, Mr Bright was a customs officer on duty at Wivenhoe when Marius Kindus brought in his boat the Scandik. Biggles demanded to examine a tunny fish which Kindus had just landed, asking Mr Bright to act as a witness. To avoid a scene, Kindus requested that this be done at his house. When the fish was opened, a collection of contraband expensive furs was found inside, each one rolled in oiled silk.
