IIn Biggles Sees Too Much, Mrs Cator was a woman who kept a small b-and-b with a single room to let at the village of Penlock in Cornwall. Her house, "Fernside Cottage" stood just outside the village. Biggles took a room there while investigating Penlock Grange, the residence of Julius Brunner.
